1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the Digi Techup website, you agree to comply with these terms and conditions.

2. Services

We offer digital services including Web Development, App Development, and Digital Marketing. The scope of work is defined in the project agreement.

3. Payments

All payments must be made through our authorized channels (Razorpay/Bank Transfer). Services will commence only after the advance payment is received.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, code, and designs developed by Digi Techup remain our property until the final payment is cleared by the client.

5. Jurisdiction

Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh.
