Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellation Policy

Clients can request to cancel a project within 24 hours of payment. If the project work has not started, a full refund will be initiated.

2. Refund Policy

Refunds are applicable only if:

• Digi Techup fails to deliver the project as per the agreed scope.
• A transaction error occurred (double payment).

No refunds will be issued for completed work or after the final delivery of the project.

3. Refund Timeline

Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days and credited back to the original source of payment.
